✥ A Lonely Zebra Meets a Fancy Rhino✥



My lonely zebra met a wonderful, colorful rhino this weekend. 
Remember this guy?

We welcomed the new addition to the gallery wall, a bold rhino with bright green and blue spots.
My zebra was printed on a map of Colorado. Z and I lived there before moving to Utah.

This time I went straight for looks and printed senor rhino up on a gorgeous map of Alaska.

I love how he's faded in spots and who knew Alaska would look so pretty?
I think he's my new favorite.


Looks like the right side of the wall is coming right along. I finally found a ampersand that I liked, it cost me a whopping 3 bucks {from Hobby Lobby.} Serious money compared to the 20 cents I've spent so far!

    Love it Becca.. our DD is from Holland so maybe I'll try a doggie pic on holland :o) Its soo amazing how you come with brilliant ideas like this.. 5 stars all the way !!!

    Oh and I changed teh font and the background color on my blog..looks much better .. thanks for teh tip..I'm bad when it comes to the technical side..

    so I get by only with tutorials ...

    That's a colorfully clever idea to combine a color map with a black and white transparency image. Wonderful effect! I like your ampersand too - mucho liko!

    Your Zebra and Rhino are fabulous! I think I'd love them on my wall too! :)
    I really like the whole transparency overlay thing over a map - it reminds me of a sample of vintage wall paper I have.
