Hey Friends! I hope everyone is safe after all the terrible weather this month. We had to evacuate Florida and it took over two weeks to finally get away from Hurricane Irma! Initially we weren't sure where to evacuate to, since Irma kept moving. Then once we all knew Naples would get hit, of course, the roads were a nightmare at that point.

Restoration Hardware Trestle Inspired Table

You know I love to get that Restoration Hardware color, especially for this Salvage Trestle Wood Table. You know what they say, "good things come to those who wait." Any ways, I wanted RH, but with their tables are too stinking expensive! It did take me forever to plan the project, find the table, and get the time to do it, but I fought the law and guess what... I won!

Rustic Farmhouse Coffee Table

Things have been going better this week, our wonderful feline has made a recovery from his "event' last week. The vet thought it was a heart attack, although it still seemed more like a stroke based on symptoms. In either case, he's okay so far. We will be leaving Naples FL after Labor Day and it's been incredible. I've traveled all over the US and this has to be one of my favorite spots. We got to go to Sarasota Beach a week ago, only for a hour, but still, it's awesome. I haven't seen a beach packed like that since Waikiki.
